em-unix.el: only pass -H option to grep

* lisp/eshell/em-unix.el (eshell-grep): Don't add -H, because that
breaks agrep/glimpse etc (bug#57247).
(eshell/grep, eshell/egrep, eshell/fgrep): Instead add it here.
